FAQ
No. Sessions are built for mixed groups, and most workplace classes include complete beginners. Ioanna offers options at different intensities so everyone can find a version that works for them.
Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. For gentler formats, ordinary office wear with a bit of stretch is usually fine — no one needs special gear to join.
A suitable room and mats — that is essentially it. Ioanna helps you figure out both, including what to do if you are not sure your space works.
Lunchtime and gentle formats are planned so most people can go straight back to work. Sweatier, more dynamic sessions are better placed before or after working hours.
Teaching is in English. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the language rarely gets in the way — including in mostly Danish-speaking teams.
From a handful to around 20 in a typical office space. If you expect more, mention it in your inquiry — larger rooms and event formats are possible.
There is no fixed price list, because group size, frequency, location and format all matter. Describe your setup and you will get a clear proposal to react to.
