This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the personal data you share with Sunflowerio — mainly through the contact form.

Who is responsible
Sunflowerio is run by Ioanna, a freelance yoga teacher based in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is the data controller for the information described below.

What is collected, and why
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, you share your name, organization, email address, optionally a phone number, and whatever you write about your request (service, participants, dates, location and message).
This information is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver the sessions you book. It is not used for marketing, and it is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
How your data is processed
Form submissions are delivered by email using a transactional email provider and arrive in Sunflowerio’s inbox, where they are kept like ordinary business correspondence.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which may process technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site securely. If spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the form, Cloudflare processes limited technical data to distinguish people from bots.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts that profile you.
How long data is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are relevant to an ongoing dialogue or collaboration, and as long as bookkeeping rules require for actual bookings. Inquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. To do any of this, just write to ioannastrimpa@gmail.com.
If you believe your data is being handled incorrectly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles data changes — for example if analytics are added — this page will be updated first.
